Flue Blockage & Bird Nest Removal includes up to 2 hours labour.
Additional labour beyond the normal scope of work or included time allowances is charged at £65 per hour.
Prices are based on normal access conditions.
Heavily neglected systems, difficult access, severe blockages, excessive soot or tar build-up, or unforeseen complications may require additional time or be quoted separately.
All additional costs will be discussed and agreed before work begins.
